Abstract:
The present invention provides an automatic cleaning device for a GIS conductor. The automatic cleaning device comprises a conductor supporting and rotating mechanism and a spray head displacement mechanism, wherein the conductor supporting and rotating mechanism comprises: a supporting frame; a supporting wheel set mounted at the top of the supporting frame and comprising a front supporting wheel and a rear supporting wheel, wherein a rotation axis of the front supporting wheel and a rotation axis of the rear supporting wheel extend laterally, and one of the front supporting wheel and the rear supporting wheel is a driving wheel; and a rotary driving device in transmission connection to the driving wheel. The spray head displacement mechanism comprises: a spray head used for moving along a conductor and spraying water for cleaning; left and right stand columns; a guide rail fixed at top ends of the two stand columns; a spray head fixing device used for fixing the spray head and movably mounted on the guide rail in a lateral direction in a guiding manner; and a displacement driving device in transmission connection with the spray head fixing device, so as to drive the spray head fixing device to move laterally along the guide rail. According to the present invention, automatic cleaning can be realized, no manual cleaning is needed, a cleaning effect is good, and the problems of poor manual cleaning effect, poor quality stability, a high labor intensity and low working efficiency are solved.
