Abstract:
Provided is an automatic cooling control system for a fire grate gap of a garbage incinerator. A front fan is arranged at the front end of the fire grate gap; a rear fan is arranged at the rear end of the fire grate gap; several monitoring points are arranged in a fire grate gap passageway at intervals; a high-pressure water spraying and atomization nozzle is arranged at each monitoring point; correspondingly, a set of monitoring devices is arranged for each monitoring point; each set of monitoring devices is composed of a temperature detector and a smoke sensor; the high-pressure water spraying and atomization nozzle is connected to an external high-pressure water source by means of a pipeline; an electromagnetic valve is further provided; the temperature detector and the smoke sensor transmit signals to the electromagnetic valve separately; and the electromagnetic valve controls a high-pressure water pipeline to be closed or opened. In addition, a system delayer is further provided, the temperature detector and the smoke sensor transmit signals to the delayer separately, and the system delayer controls the operation of the front fan and the rear fan. By means of the control system, water is sprayed to the monitoring point by means of the high-pressure water spraying and atomization nozzle and diversion is carried out by the front fan and the rear fan, such that the temperature of the fire grate may be rapidly reduced.
