Abstract:

Disclosed is an automatic crimping sewing machine, comprising a working table (1), wherein a machine holder (2) is arranged on the working table (1), a machine head (4) with a needle (3) is arranged on the machine holder (2), and a matching presser foot (5) is arranged below the needle (3). Integrated automation of crimping, compaction and feeding of cloth can be effectively realized by providing a telescopic crimping assembly (11), a telescopic roll material tensioning assembly (14) and a conveying roller (15), and the process is simple, the amount of manual labor is reduced, the mechanical operation accuracy is high, errors cannot be caused easily, and the production efficiency is high. A certain tension can be applied to the cloth while being sewed by providing a roll material tensioning roller (27), processing can be performed under the condition that cloth creasing is prevented, the processing quality can be guaranteed, the automation degree is high, and fingers can be effectively prevented from being pricked by the needle tip. Single-layer or double-layer crimping of the cloth can be performed as required by providing a single-layer crimping plate (17) and a double-layer crimping plate (18), so that the sewing machine is high in practicability and is suitable for large-scale promotion.
