Abstract:
An automatic crop binding device according to the present invention comprises: a bearing plate on which crops to be are seated; an elevating body positioned on the upper portion of the bearing plate and configured to move upward/downward by an elevating means; a fixing frame for fixing the position of the bearing plate and that of the elevating body; a guide portion fixed to the elevating body so as to guide, to a fixing portion, a clamping tape for clamping the crops seated on the bearing plate, the guide portion comprising a pair of guide rollers; a fixing portion coupled/fixed to the fixing frame and positioned on the lower portion of the guide portion so as to pressurize/fix an end of the clamping tape guided by the guide portion or to pull the same downward and to transfer the same; a support rack coupled/fixed to the fixing frame; a clamping means coupled/fixed to the support rack so as to pressurize/clamp the clamping tape surrounding the crops seated on the bearing plate after passing between the guide portion and the fixing portion, the clamping means being configured such that, when the clamping tape surrounding the crops is cut by a cutting guide means, an end of the clamping tape is rotated to bind the clamping tap, thereby clamping the crops; and a cutting guide means configured to move upward/downward together with the elevating body such that the same pressurizes/fixes the clamping tape surrounding the crops with a support by the support rack while moving upward/downward together with the elevating body and then cuts the clamping tape, and the cutting guide means simultaneously arranging the clamping tape guided by the guide portion on the fixing portion, wherein at least one iron core is formed inside the clamping tape such that, when an end of the clamping tape is rotated by the clamping means, the end of the clamping tape is firmly clamped.
