Abstract:
Provided is an automatic diaphragm feeding device, comprising a turntable (1), an ejection mechanism (2), a reclaiming mechanism (3) and a rotary driving mechanism (4) that drives the turntable (1) to rotate, wherein the edge of the turntable (1) is provided with multiple material racks (6) for placing a diaphragm (5), the diaphragms (5) are stacked and passed through the material racks (6), and the ejection mechanism (2) is arranged under the turntable (1), and the ejection mechanism (2) comprises an ejector (21) and an up-and-down driving mechanism (22) that drives the ejector (21) to move up and down, the end of the ejector (21) can pass through the bottom of the turntable (1) and the material racks (6) to withstand the diaphragm (5); the rotary driving mechanism (4) drives the turntable (1) to rotate to the ejection mechanism (2), and the up-and-down driving mechanism (22) drives the ejector (21) to move up to lift up the diaphragm (5), and take out the diaphragm (5) through the reclaiming mechanism (3). The automatic feeding device can solve the problems of less current feeding quantity and low efficiency, and improve the automation degree and feeding speed of the feeding process.
