An automatic door opening/closing device for a refrigerator and a refrigerator having same. The automatic door opening/closing device comprises: a housing having an installation space formed inside; an ejector rotation assembly provided in the installation space and having an ejector bar that is extendable under control and a guide bar that extends outward from the installation space and is movable under control. The ejector bar is configured to, when being controlled to extend, push open a door of the refrigerator, and the guide bar is configured to drive the door of the refrigerator to rotate after the ejector bar pushes open the door of the refrigerator. By integrating the ejector bar and the guide bar in the installation space inside the housing, the present invention provides a novel automatic door opening/closing device, which not only reduces the number of door opening/closing mechanisms and simplifies the overall structure of the door opening/closing mechanisms, but the integration of the entire device is improved, thereby reducing the space occupied and lowering the difficulty in foaming.
