Abstract:
The present application discloses an automatic ejector pin film peeling device for a terminal area of a flexible OLED display screen. X-Y-Z axis motion modules are mounted on a vertical plate, a ejector pin film peeling unit is mounted on each X-Y-Z axis motion module, the ejector pin film peeling unit comprises a connecting member I, an ejector pin, a cylinder and a pneumatic clamping jaw, a linear motion unit is mounted on the connecting member I, a connecting member II is fixedly connected on the linear motion unit, the ejector pin is mounted on the connecting member II, the ejector pin can press downwards with the movement of the X-Y-Z-axis motion module, and the ejector pin ejects a thin film on the surface of the display screen to form a raised shape. An electric linear transmission device is fixed on the connecting member I, a connecting member III is provided on a Y-axis sliding rail, the electric linear transmission device is drivingly connected to the connecting member III, and drives the connecting member III to linearly move forward and backward along the Y-axis direction. The cylinder is mounted vertically on the connecting member III, the pneumatic clamping jaw is mounted on the cylinder, and the pneumatic clamping jaw clamps the raised thin film and peels off the remaining thin film on the display screen.
