Abstract:
There is an automatic fuel saving system and a method thereof. Said system includes a fuel consumption rate detecting device (201) for detecting the fuel consumption rate of a vehicle at present state, a speed signal detecting device (202) for detecting the currently speed of the vehicle, a fuel saving judging-controlling device (203) for judging whether the currently speed is the speed in which the fuel is saved optional, if not, judging acceleration or deceleration to make more fuel efficiency. The fuel saving judging-controlling device (203) sends a control signal to the acceleration and deceleration controlling device to increase or decrease the speed of the vehicle. The embodiment of the invention makes the vehicle accelerate or decelerate to adjust the speed to a speed in that the fuel is most saved based on judging whether the currently speed is the speed in that the fuel is most saved based on the currently speed and the fuel consumption rate relation to save the fuel.
