Abstract:
An automatic glue supply and mixing system based on a continuous glue conveying mode, comprising a glue storage apparatus, a glue supply apparatus, a glue mixing apparatus, a master unit glue storage area, and liquid level sensors used for monitoring the liquid levels of a glue in the master unit glue storage area. The glue supply apparatus conveys glues in the glue storage apparatus to the glue mixing apparatus for uniform mixing and then conveys the mixed glue into the master unit glue storage area; the liquid level sensors trigger a glue conveying gear pump of the glue supply apparatus according to the liquid levels of the glue; a constant liquid level and a deviation liquid level are set in the master unit glue storage area; the liquid level sensors control the glue supply speed of the glue conveying gear pump of the glue supply apparatus according to the deviation liquid level, so as to achieve continuous glue supply. According to the present invention, continuous glue supply can be achieved, and the stability of glue supply is guaranteed; the number of times of start and stop of the glue conveying gear pump can be effectively decreased, and the stability of factors such as the pressure in a glue conveying system is guaranteed, such that the problems such as glue mixing being not uniform and the glue at some areas being not dry are solved; the glue supply speed can change along with the change of the speed of a master unit, and the quality of the glue can be guaranteed.
