Abstract:
In the present invention, a tape is wrapped around the outer circumference of an injected mold, and a monomer solution is injected in a cavity formed therebetween, wherein the injection amount of the monomer solution can be minutely controlled by using a visual recognition system: the oil level change of the monomer solution injected into the cavity is filmed using the visual recognition system, the filmed oil level change is compared with an oil level change shape of a monomer solution stored in advance for each step, and if the oil level change shape of the monomer solution injected coincides with the oil level change shape of the monomer stored in advance, a controller can inject the monomer solution into the cavity while adjusting the injection amount of an injector in each step.
