Abstract:
An automatic material cutting device for an automobile interior trim panel, comprising a workbench (1) for fixing an injection molded member (2) and performing a removal operation, a displacement mechanism, a pressing mechanism for pressing the injection molded member (2), and a removal mechanism for removing injection molded protrusions (2-1). The workbench (1) is provided with a profiling recess (1-1) matching the outline of the injection molded member (2), and the profiling recess (1-1) is further provided with relief grooves (1-2) extending outwards. The displacement mechanism comprises a total displacement cylinder (6) mounted on the upper surface of the workbench (1) and displacement plates (7) slidably mounted to the workbench (1). The removal mechanism comprises removal cylinders for supplying removal power and L-shaped cutting levers (13) for realizing removal actions, the L-shaped cutting levers (13) are mounted at action ends of the removal cylinders, and the ends of the L-shaped cutting levers (13) are provided with cutting edges (12) for removing the injection molded protrusions (2-1). The automobile interior trim panel is effectively fixed and the injection molded protrusions (2-1) on the automobile interior trim panel are removed, so that the removal efficiency of the injection molded protrusions is improved.
