Abstract:
An automatic non-repeated floor pattern combination device, comprising a conveying frame (2), a support frame (1), a floor strip feeding mechanism, a manipulator (11), and a material storage table (8). A conveyor belt (3) is provided at the top of the conveying frame (2). A plurality of racks (6) are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the conveying frame (2). Floor strips of different patterns to be combined are respectively replaced on the racks (6). The support frame (1) is accordingly mounted at the top of two racks (6) symmetrically provided on both sides of the conveying frame (2). The floor strip feeding mechanism is disposed on the support frame (1), can perform reciprocating motion along the support frame (1), and is used for feeding the floor strips on both sides of the conveying frame (2) onto the conveyor belt (3) at intervals. The tail end of the conveyor belt (3) is fitted to a storage platform (9). The manipulator (11) is used for grabbing the combined floor strips on the storage platform (9) and placing same onto the material storage table (8). According to the technical solution, the floor strips of different patterns can be combined.
