Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of glycerol refining, and disclosed is an automatic oil separation apparatus for use in a glycerol refining production process. The technical solution comprises: the automatic oil separation apparatus comprises a crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove and an oil separation tank; a feeding port is formed at one end of the crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove, a discharging port is formed at the other end of the crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove, and a grease outlet is formed above the feeding port; a plurality of baffle plate groups are sequentially and vertically arranged in the crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove along a crude glycerol flow direction; each baffle plate group comprises an upper baffle plate and a lower baffle plate that are arranged in front and back; a gap is present between the bottom of the upper baffle plate and the bottom of the crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove; and the bottom of the lower baffle plate is fixed on the bottom of the crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove, and a gap is present between the top of the lower baffle plate and the top of the crude glycerol automatic oil separation groove. The present invention can separate more than 95% of fatty acid in crude glycerol, thereby facilitating the next refining processing of the crude glycerol.
