Abstract:
The present invention provides automatic processing equipment for a storage battery terminal, characterized in comprising: a positioning unit; a checking unit, the checking unit being disposed at the lower end of the positioning unit; a conveying unit, the conveying unit being located at the feeding end of the positioning unit; and a stamping unit, the stamping unit being disposed at the upper part of the positioning unit, the conveying unit sending a terminal raw material into the positioning unit intermittently, the terminal raw material being punched reciprocatingly by means of the stamping unit, and then the checking unit at a same frequency as the stamping unit checking the positions of punched holes. In the present invention, a carrier plate is driven to perform a reciprocating lifting movement by means of a lifting rod, so that a first checking column and a second checking column located directly below a first punched hole and a second punched hole perform a reciprocating lifting movement, and the first checking column and the second checking column are inserted into the punched holes of the previous stamping process of the terminal raw material when lifting to the highest point, so as to correct the terminal raw material.
