Abstract:
The automatic rotary mold changing trolley comprises a die rotating table (1), guide rail tables (2) fixedly mounted on two sides of the die rotating table (1), a moving trolley (3) movably connected to the guide rail table, a translation frame (4) fixedly connected to the moving trolley, a rotating mechanism (5) mounted on the rotating die table, and a fixing mechanism (6) mounted on the translation frame (4). The rotating mechanism (5) comprises a reduction motor (51), a large gear (52), a small gear (53), a gear disc (54), and a plurality of ball sleeves (55) and universal balls (56). The fixing mechanism (6) comprises a compression pump (61), a four-way pipe (62), at least three hydraulic cylinders (63), and vacuum suction cups (64). By providing an adjustment rotation mechanism for performing angle rotation on a die placed on the die rotating table, the angle of a die cube can be effectively adjusted, so as to improve the accuracy of subsequent die rotating machining of the die. By providing the fixing mechanism for mechanically fixing a die during angle adjustment and die rotating, the stability of a die rotating movement path of the die can be improved, and the fixing mechanism is suitable for fixing dies having multiple height specifications.
