Abstract:
An automatic sandpaper removal mechanism (2) for a CNC production line comprises: an installation plate (21) extending in a vertical direction; a removal driving assembly (22) installed at the installation plate (21); and a removal assembly (23) transmissionally-connected to the removal driving assembly (22). The removal assembly (23) comprises a removal plate installation plate (231) and a removal plate (232) fixedly installed at the removal plate installation plate (231). The removal plate installation plate (231) extends in a vertical direction. The removal plate installation plate (231) is transmissionally-connected to the removal driving assembly (22). The removal plate installation plate (231) is driven by the removal driving assembly (22) to perform reciprocating raising/lowering movement within a vertical plane. The automatic sandpaper removal mechanism (2) can improve removal efficiency while effectively solving problems of incomplete removal and residues left after removal of a sandpaper sheet, thereby reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
