Abstract:
An automatic sandpaper replacement device for a CNC production line comprises: an automatic sandpaper supply mechanism (1) comprising a support assembly (11), a sandpaper storage assembly (13) and a sandpaper take-out plate (113), the sandpaper storage assembly (13) and the sandpaper take-out plate (113) being provided at the support assembly (11); and an automatic sandpaper removal mechanism (2) connected to the support assembly (11), the automatic sandpaper removal mechanism (2) comprising an installation plate (21), a removal driving assembly (22) and a removal assembly (23), wherein the removal driving assembly (22) and the removal assembly (23) are installed at the installation plate (21), the removal assembly (23) is transmissionally-connected to the removal driving assembly (22), the removal assembly (23) is driven by the removal driving assembly (22) to periodically remove old sandpaper sheets from a sanding head (3), and the sandpaper take-out plate (113) periodically supplies new sandpaper sheets to the sanding head (3) from which the old sandpaper sheets have been removed. The automatic sandpaper replacement device can improve removal efficiency while effectively solving problems of incomplete removal and residues left after removal of a sandpaper sheet, reduce costs, and resolve the problem of sandpaper jamming in a machine in a sandpaper supply process, thereby increasing efficiency and a successful rate of replacing sandpaper sheets, and according increasing productivity.
