Abstract:
This automatic screw fastening method comprises: a measurement step for measuring time change data of the screw fastening torque of a motor and time change data of motor rotation speed from the start time of screw fastening a male screw into a female screw hole until the screw fastening completion time; an extraction step for extracting a plurality of feature amounts from the measured time change data of screw fastening torque and the measured time change data of motor rotation speed; and a determination step for using the plurality of feature amounts to determine whether the state of screw fastening of the male screw into the female screw hole is suitable or unsuitable. The determination step includes a step in which a single numerical index is found from a plurality of feature amounts, and the numerical index is compared to a predetermined threshold to determine whether the state of screw fastening of the male screw into the female screw hole is suitable or unsuitable. The numerical index is a comprehensive evaluation measure in a T method based on the plurality of feature amounts.
