Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic stacking mechanism capable of discharging books from three sides. The automatic stacking mechanism comprises a rack (100), a book feeding belt device (200), a book stacking device (300), an automatic book blocking mechanism (400), and a book discharging belt device (500) that are sequentially connected, wherein the book feeding belt device (200) conveys books into the book stacking device (300); the books are stacked and counted in the book stacking device (300), and the number of layered books is controlled; the automatic book blocking mechanism (400) guarantees that the books fall in order; the book discharging belt device (500) conveys the stacked books away from a stacking machine; the book stacking device (300) comprises a book receiving hopper (301) for receiving the books falling in order; the book receiving hopper (301) is arranged on the lower side of the tail end of a book feeding belt (201) of the book feeding belt device (200) and can receive the books sliding from the tail end of the book feeding belt (201); and a book discharging belt (501) of the book discharging belt device (500) is arranged on the lower side of the book receiving hopper (301). By using the mechanism, a book discharge direction can be flexibly selected according to the site and the installation positions and directions of a conveying line, a three-sided knife and other apparatuses, and the amount of space required by the site is saved on.
