Abstract:
The present invention relates to a terminal feeding device which is provided in a PCB assembly device and automatically supplies terminals. The terminal feeding device comprises: a base frame (100) having constituent components mounted thereon and playing the role of a base; a servo motor (200) mounted on one side of the base frame (100) and repeating forward and reverse rotation within a predetermined angle in accordance with a control signal; timing pulleys (310) which are provided in a pair, one of which coupled to a rotating shaft of the servo motor (200) and the other of which mounted on the other side of the base frame (100); a timing belt (320) mounted so as to be interlocked with both timing pulleys (310); a feeding block (400) which is coupled to the timing belt (320) and moves together with the timing belt (320); and a feeding bar (500) which is rotatably pin-coupled to the feeding block (400), moves a terminal by moving forward by as much as a feeding interval while interlocked with the terminal, and then moves backward to an initial position after being released from the interlocked state with the terminal.
