Abstract:
An automatic testing machine for elasticity of a moving contact spring piece of a motor starting protector of a refrigeration compressor, comprising a workbench (1). A moving contact vibration cylinder (11) is provided at the right side of the workbench; a qualified moving contact spring piece lead-out groove (12) is formed at the left side of the workbench; first and second unqualified moving contact spring piece receiving boxes (13a, 13b) are further arranged on the workbench; a vibration guide mechanism (2) and a feeding mechanism (3) are arranged on the workbench; a receiving mechanism (4) for receiving the moving contact spring piece supplied by the feeding mechanism, a moving contact spring piece pressing and releasing mechanism (5) for pressing or releasing the moving contact spring piece on the receiving mechanism, and a moving contact spring piece deformation measurement mechanism (6) for measuring the deformation amount of the moving contact spring piece all are arranged on the workbench; a front material taking mechanism (7) and a rear material taking mechanism (8) are arranged on the workbench to face each other; and a moving contact spring piece head position change distance measurement mechanism (9) is provided on the workbench. The testing machine can satisfy an automatic high-efficient detection requirement, guarantee the detection quality, and reduce the operation intensity.
