Description:
AUTOMATIC TOILET DISINFECTION SYSTEM WITH UV-C CONTENT

Technical Field

This invention relates to an automatic toilet disinfection system with UV-C content that is used in the cleaning and service sector, is located in the toilets in homes and workplaces and public areas where people are most frequently used in daily life, mounted on the wall where the toilet is located, and provides hygiene by eliminating microorganisms in a short time.

Background of the Invention

It is important for health to ensure that toilets are hygienic, which is one of the most suitable places for the reproduction of microbes that may pose a threat to your health. Toilets are one of the places which are the most frequently used and should frequently be cleaned in daily life, that allow the transmission of very serious diseases in cases where cleaning is not sufficient. These invisible bacteria and viruses can cause diseases. For these reasons, hygiene is a matter to be considered in toilets.

In common areas, people stay in direct or indirect contact with each other due to the equipment they use. The toilets of public areas such as hospitals, schools, workplaces, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias are the most sensitive places where the issue of ensuring hygiene is difficult.

Epidemics, which make their effects felt strongly around the world, require disinfection to be carried out at the highest possible level. Since communal living areas threaten the health of people to a great extent in epidemic diseases, people need to clean the toilets with disinfectants each time they are used, these methods do not provide complete hygiene and cause serious time loss. There are measures taken to protect against health-damaging microorganisms, including toilets and bathrooms, which should be done for a healthy life and should be applied in daily life. Even the cleaning made in common areas such as schools, shopping malls, airports, restaurants, and workplaces is frequent and detailed, it is not possible to provide a fully hygienic environment. Even after cleaning with chemical corrosives such as surface cleaners and bleaches, existing blind spots cannot be cleaned due to the physical structure of the toilet. In addition, sufficient cleaning equipment is not placed in toilets and sinks during the cleaning process. Although it is not easy to choose the best toilet cleaner, it can also damage the structure of the toilet. For these reasons, lack of cleanliness and contaminated water are associated with the spread of diseases such as cholera, dysentery, hepatitis A and typhoid. Cleaning to be made on toilets should be done in detail and in-depth.

In the current situation, various embodiments such as toilet seat cover, sensored toilet seat are used in order to prevent contamination as well as cleaning. These structures only prevent contamination to a certain extent. Considering the amount of daily use, these measures are not sufficient in terms of hygiene, since they generate significant amounts of waste. In the state of the art, UV-C mounted toilet seats are also available and used. However, these structures clean the inner surface of the toilet.

The process of cleaning the seat of the toilet, which is in direct contact with human skin, is an important requirement in terms of the spread of harmful microorganisms and providing hygienic conditions.

As a result, there is a need for a toilet disinfection system where the disadvantages of the state of the art are overcome. The invention provides the sterilization of the toilet seat and the microorganisms present in the toilet, which are in direct contact with human skin, with UV-C rays. In particular, the focus is on disinfection of the toilet seat, where diseases can pass to the human body. The invention is located at a certain distance between the toilet cover and the seat.

The present invention can be mounted on the wall where the toilet is located and can be used in harmony with any type of toilet. The mechanism is activated by pressing the button on the apparatus before or after using the toilet. Since a detailed cleaning process starts by pressing the button, it is very easy to use and safe. Angled configurations of UV-C LEDs in the invention provide an effective and comprehensive disinfection process in a short time.

UV-C LEDs prevent the pathogenic bacteria and microbes that accumulate in toilet from multiplying and spreading by disrupting their DNA structures and preventing the transmission of diseases. The UV-C LEDs used are environmentally friendly structures that do not produce ozone, do not contain mercury.

The structural and characteristic specifications and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by the following figures and the detailed explanation written with reference to these figures, and therefore this evaluation should be carried out by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.
