Abstract:
An automatic upward reciprocating pulp suction forming machine for molded pulp products, and a fabrication method. The forming machine is composed of a pulp box (20), a lower pulp suction mold (10), a cold press upper mold (30), a hot press upper mold (41), a hot press lower mold (42) and a material receiving tray (50). When fabricating products, the lower pulp suction mold (10) enters the pulp box (20) to form a blank layer by pulp suction; the lower pulp suction mold (10) rises and clamps with the cold press upper mold (30) to form a preliminary blank product; the lower pulp suction mold (10) suctions the preliminary blank product to be released from the cold press upper mold (30) and drop; the cold press upper mold (30) and the hot press upper mold (41) move laterally along a guide rail (11) to transfer the preliminary blank product for suction by the hot press upper mold (41); then the hot press lower mold (42) rises and clamps with the hot press upper mold (41) to mold the preliminary blank product into a finished product by means of hot pressing; after completion, the hot press lower mold (42) drops back into position, and the hot press upper mold (41) suctions and moves the finished product above the material receiving tray (50); then the material receiving tray (50) rises, and the finished product is released from the hot press upper mold (41) and drops onto the material receiving tray (50); and finally, the material receiving tray (50) drops back into position.
