Abstract:
An automatic whole-process soil tabletting device, relating to the technical field of soil tabletting. The automatic soil tabletting device comprises a device body, wherein a tabletting platform is arranged at the bottom of the device body, and a first station (B), a second station (C) and a third station (A) are arranged on the tabletting platform; a heating device (6) is arranged on the first station; a top plate is arranged at the top of the device body, and a soil crushing cutter (5) and a pressing head (9) are mounted on the top plate, the soil crushing cutter and the pressing head being respectively correspondingly arranged above the first station and the second station; and a groove disk (10) is further rotatably mounted on the tabletting platform, and a sample preparation groove (7) and a cleaning groove (8) are provided in the groove disk, the sample preparation groove and the cleaning groove corresponding to the first station, the second station or the third station in terms of position, and the sample preparation groove and the cleaning groove being respectively used for having a soil sample container and a cleaning container placed therein. The device solves the problem of a soil sample preparation process being complex and tedious, and structures required by various processes are integrated together, such that thermal drying, powdering and pressing are automatically completed.
