Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatized method for surface treatment of a green body, the method comprising: successively printing base glaze, ink, effect glaze and/or protective glaze on a surface of the green body by means of a printer, wherein the base glaze is used for carrying the ink, the ink is used for forming a color or a pattern, the effect glaze is used for forming an effect, and the protective glaze is used for protecting the color or pattern formed by the ink. Further disclosed is an automatized system for surface treatment of a green body. The system is divided into a base area (A), a coloring area (B) and a function area (C), and comprises a conveyor platform (100) successively passing through the base area (A), the coloring area (B) and the function area (C), and printing modules (200) respectively arranged side by side in the base area (A), the coloring area (B) and the function area (C) and located above the conveyor platform (100), wherein the base area (A), the coloring area (B) and the function area (C) are spaced apart from each other; and the base area (A) is involved in the printing of the base glaze, the coloring area (B) is involved in the printing of the ink, and the function area (C) is involved in the printing of the protective glaze. By means of the treatment method, the amount of applied glaze is reduced, the control of the amount of applied glaze is more accurate, the utilization rate of glaze is high, and no air pollution is caused.
