Abstract:

An automobile body surface spraying device for automobile manufacturing and a using method. The device comprises a base (1). A pair of side supporting frames (2) are symmetrically provided on the upper surface of the base (1). A top cover (3) is provided between the two side supporting frames (2). The top cover (3) is disposed on the side supporting frames (2). A guide rail (4) is provided on the inner side of the top cover (3). A pair of shifting mechanisms are symmetrically provided on the lower part of the guide rail (4). The two shifting mechanisms correspond to the side supporting frames (2) one by one, and each shifting mechanism is disposed on the side supporting frame (2) at the corresponding position. At least one position adjustment mechanism adapted to the guide rail (4) is provided on the guide rail (4). A mechanical arm (6) having a multi-degree-of-freedom structure is provided on the position adjustment mechanism (5). A spraying head (7) adapted to the mechanical arm (6) is provided on the mechanical arm (6). The device has a simple and reasonable structure design and is easy to use, also effectively improves the spraying effect and spraying efficiency of an automobile body surface, and has a high market application value.
