An automotive sound-absorbing sheet which is a sheet comprising two layers laminated to each other that are constituted of a polymeric organic material and have a plurality of voids dispersed therebetween and which is effectively utilized so as to satisfactorily exhibit the property of absorbing noises; and an automotive engine bottom cover which includes the sound-absorbing sheet. The sound-absorbing sheet (50b) is composed of two films (52 and 53) laminated to each other and comprising a flame-retardant polyethylene resin. The film (53) comprises a flat filmy part (53a) and a plurality of void parts (53b), the flat filmy part (53a) having been tenaciously bonded on the back side thereof to the front side of the flat film (52). The multiple void parts (53b) have been dispersedly formed in a staggered arrangement along the planar direction of the film (52) so that the void parts project cylindrically in a direction away from the film (52) along the thickness direction of the flat filmy part (53a).
