Abstract:
The present invention provides an aviation electrostatic spray device using air ionization grounding, which relates to the technical field of electrostatic sprays. The electrostatic spray device comprises: an aircraft, and the following components that are mounted on the aircraft: a liquid storage tank, a water pump, a high-voltage electrostatic generator, a charging electrode, an air ionization grounding electrode, a spray rod, a spray head, a nozzle, and an electric control switch. In the present invention, the aviation electrostatic spray can effectively improve the adhesion rate of sprayed droplets on a front and back surfaces of a plant, and improve the adsorption effect and reduce drift, thereby reducing environmental pollution and controlling the generation of phytotoxicity. The use of air ionization grounding can effectively eliminate mutual cancellation of electrostatic charges caused by the mutual intersecting entanglement of charged droplets of different polarities in the air, and a polar electrostatic charge on an aircraft can be wirelessly conducted to a ground target without grounding a wire, thereby ensuring a good encircling adsorption effect of the aviation electrostatic spray.
