Abstract:
This bag opening device has a holding unit, a contact unit, and a drive unit. The holding unit holds a first end section and a second end section of a bag. The contact unit comes into contact with a first sheet of the bag. The drive unit causes the contact unit to slide on the first sheet, thereby releasing the first end section from being held by the holding unit, and separating the first end section from the second end section.
