Abstract:
A baking rack (100) and a steaming and baking device (200) comprising the baking rack (100). The baking rack (100) is used for placement on a shelf (300) in the steaming and baking device (200), and the baking rack (100) comprises a limiting structure located at a left end part and/or a right end part, wherein the limiting structure comprises a first limiting part (110) and a second limiting part (120); gap distances are present in the left and right directions of the first limiting part (110) and the second limiting part (120), such that a portion of the shelf (300) is located between the first limiting part (110) and the second limiting part (120) when in a mounted state; thus, limiting in the left and right directions relative to the shelf (300) is convenient. By means of arranging the limiting structure such that relative movement is stopped in the left and right directions between the baking rack (100) and the shelf (300), the baking rack (100) will not shake left and right in the steaming and baking device (200), thereby effectively achieving the objective of precise limiting.
