This balancer device (11) equipped with an oil pump (1) is provided with: a pump housing sidewall section (10) which closes a recess (8a) in a pump housing (8); a non-pump housing sidewall section (15) facing the pump housing sidewall section (10); and a balancer shaft (12) supported by a first bearing section (16) and a plain bearing (18), which are provided to the walls (10, 15). The balancer shaft (12) is provided with an oil passage (27) formed in a conical shape in the balancer shaft (12) and extending such that the diameter of the oil passage (27) increases as the oil passage (27) extends from a first opening section (28) toward a second opening section (29). The first opening section (28) is open to an annular groove section (30) formed in the first bearing section (16). The annular groove section (30) is in communication with the recess (8a) through an oil groove (32) formed in the first bearing section (16). The second opening section (29) is open to an annular bearing groove section (31) formed in the inner peripheral surface of the plain bearing (18).
