The present application discloses a balancer (20) of a laundry treatment device (1) and a laundry treatment device (1). The balancer (20) comprises: an annular housing (201), the housing (201) being hollow so as to define an annular receiving space (2011) that extends along the entire circumferential direction of the housing (201); and a conductive ring (202), the conductive ring (202) being mounted on a side wall of the receiving space (2011) away from the central axis of the housing (201).
