Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ball spline (100) having a bypass track, comprising: a rod-shaped spline shaft (110); a nut part into which the spline shaft (110) is inserted and which can move in the longitudinal direction of the spline shaft; and a plurality of balls (150) which are provided between the nut part and the spline shaft (110) and circulate. The nut part comprises: a nut (120) which is a hollow body into which the spline shaft (110) is inserted; and retainers (130) which are hollow bodies provided on both longitudinal sides of the nut (120) and into which the spline shaft (110) is inserted. The spline shaft (110) has at least one concave track part extending longitudinally. The nut (120) has, on an inner surface part (121) which is a hollow body into which the spline shaft (110) is inserted, at least one concave load track groove (125) formed longitudinally, and at least one no-load circulation part (127) parallel to the load track groove (125) and formed longitudinally. A retainer (130) has at least one curved concave circulation groove (133) one side of which faces an end of the load track groove (125) and the other side of which faces an end of the no-load circulation part (127). The balls (150) change direction in circulation grooves (133) of the retainers (130) on both longitudinal sides, and circulate and move between the track part and the load track groove (125) and along the no-load circulation part (127). The track part comprises: a track groove (111) formed longitudinally; and a bypass track part (111-1) both longitudinal sides of which are connected to the track groove (111).
