In order to provide a ball transfer seal and a ball transfer, the present invention uses a seal for a ball transfer having a body that has a ball receiving portion with a semi-spherical groove inner face, a plurality of receiving balls that are disposed in the sphere receiving portion of the body, a main ball that has a diameter larger than the receiving balls and that is supported in the ball receiving portion so as to freely rotate via the receiving balls, and a housing case that supports the receiving balls and the main ball in the receiving portion so as to freely rotate by enclosing the ball receiving portion of the body and that has, on the top face of the ball receiving portion for the main ball, a hole for allowing a portion of the main ball to protrude, said seal being characterized by having a seal material using a pile fiber disposed in a gap formed between the body, the main ball, and the housing case so that the fiber tips come into contact with the main ball by bending so that the fiber tips block the gap between the main ball and the housing case, and an attaching member for attaching the housing case and the seal material made from the pile.
