Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a bandwidth limitation method, apparatus and system, which are applied to a management node in the bandwidth limitation system. The method comprises: determining a target domain name; obtaining the number of established links and node bandwidths sent by management sub-nodes, the established links being links established between a target service sub-node and a client, and the target service sub-node being a service sub-node providing service of accessing to the target domain name; and if the sum of the obtained node bandwidths exceeds a preset bandwidth threshold, according to the obtained number of established links and node bandwidths, sending a determined available bandwidth to the management sub-nodes, so that according to the received available bandwidth, the management sub-nodes limit the occupied bandwidths of the established links corresponding to the service nodes where the management sub-nodes are located. When applying the solution provided by this embodiment for bandwidth limitation, the bandwidth in a network can be prevented from being excessively occupied.
