A base plate member comprises at least two transversely-spliced base plate units (1) and at least one groove fixing member (2, 4). Each base plate unit is of an integrated structure made of fiber reinforced polymer-matrix composite materials, and comprises a base plate unit body (11) and a foot plate (12) extending transversely from the bottom of the base plate unit body. The foot plates of every two adjacent base plate units are abutted against each other, and an accommodating groove (14) is defined by the foot plates of every two adjacent base plate units and the side surfaces of the two base plate unit bodies. The groove fixing member is made of one or more of wood materials, plastic materials, metal materials or thermoplastic composite materials. The groove fixing member is installed in the accommodating groove to fix the adjacent base plate units. The groove fixing member is attached to the inner wall of the accommodating groove, and the upper surface of the groove fixing member is not lower than the upper surface of the base plate unit body. The base plate member can be reliably fixed on a base frame and the overall strength and bearing performance are guaranteed as well.
