Abstract:
An object is to improve frequency use efficiency of a whole system. In order to solve this, a base station which performs wireless data communication with a terminal device by using a plurality of bands, each of the bands includes a data channel area to which a data channel is allocated and a control channel area to which a control channel is allocated, comprises a control channel allocation unit which allocates the control channel to the terminal device at a position corresponding to the band to which the data channel allocated to the terminal device belongs in the control channel area of one band among the plurality of bands and a control channel transmission unit which transmits the control channel to the terminal device at the position allocated by the control channel allocation unit.
