Abstract:
The present application provides a battery, an apparatus, a battery production method, and a device. The battery comprises a first type battery cell group and a second type battery cell group that are connected in series. The first type battery cell group is composed of multiple first type battery cells connected in parallel; the second type battery cell group is composed of at least one second type battery cell connected in parallel; the first type battery cells and the second type battery cell have different chemical systems, and the volume energy density of each first type battery cell is less than the volume energy density of the second type battery cell; and the capacity Cap1 of the first type battery cell group is greater than the capacity Cap2 of the second type battery cell group, the capacity Cap1 of the first type battery cell group is the sum of the capacities of the corresponding first type battery cells, and the capacity Cap2 of the second type battery cell group is the sum of the capacities of the corresponding second type battery cell, so that not only can battery safety performance be ensured, but the service life and energy throughput of the battery can be effectively increased.
