Abstract:
Provided are a test system and a method for a battery management system. The system comprises a lower computer (100) and an upper computer (200), wherein, the lower computer (100) comprises: a data acquisition module (110), which is used for collecting real-time parameters of the battery management system; a test module (120) for generating fault test information of the battery management system according to the real-time parameters and pre-stored standard parameters, and sending the fault test information to a counter (130); the counter (130) used for obtaining a count value on the basis of the fault test information; and a control module (140) configured to read the fault test information and a count value generated by the test module (120) and send the fault test information and the count value to the upper computer (200) by using a Controller Area Network (CAN) message; and the upper computer (200) is configured to receive and analyze the fault test information and the count value, so as to obtain a test result of the battery management system. The system can replace human labors in which testers have to monitor battery management system in real-time so as to record real-time parameters, which effectively improves testing efficiency and fault detection accuracy.
