Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle. In the battery module in the embodiments of the present application, a module housing is internally provided with a plurality of troughs separated by separation portions, a plurality of jelly rolls of the battery module are inserted in the troughs, and each trough is provided with a top cover that covers an opening thereof to seal the trough to form an independent mounting cavity, such that a wall and the top cover of each trough in the module housing can serve as a shell for sealing each jelly roll, so as to prevent the occurrence of electrolyte decomposition and gas generation during use of the battery module caused by communication of an electrolyte in each jelly roll. As compared with a traditional battery module, according to the embodiments of the present application, there is no need to manufacture the jelly roll into a cell having a shell, and the jelly rolls are directly inserted into the sealed mounting cavities of the module housing to complete manufacturing of the battery module, such that the structure and the manufacturing process of the battery module are simplified, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the battery module.
