Abstract:
The present invention protects a discharge control switch from a surge voltage. Provided is a battery pack wherein: a discharge control switch is connected to a positive electrode-side power line between a positive electrode terminal and a positive electrode output terminal of a battery or to a negative electrode-side power line between a negative electrode terminal and a negative electrode output terminal of the battery; a recirculation unit is connected between the positive electrode-side power line and the negative electrode-side power line on the side closer to the positive electrode output terminal and the negative electrode output terminal than the discharge control switch; a control unit outputs a recirculation control signal to an insulation unit; and a switch unit is switched from an off-state to an on-state on the basis of the recirculation control signal.
