Abstract:
A battery replacement method and apparatus for an automated guided vehicle (102), and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of automation devices. The method comprises: receiving a battery replacement instruction from a control platform (101), the battery replacement instruction comprising an identifier of a target fully charged battery and position information of a target position; the target position referring to the position inside a swapping station for battery replacement; moving to the target position on the basis of the position information of the target position; and sending a battery replacement request to the swapping station (103) at the target position, the battery replacement request comprising the identifier of the target fully charged battery, and being used for instructing the swapping station (103) to replace a power lacked battery of the target automated guided vehicle (102) with the target fully charged battery. That is to say, upon receipt of the battery replacement instruction, the automated guided vehicle (102) can freely move to the target position and trigger the swapping station (103) to replace a battery, which achieves full automation, does not require manual participation, and improves the battery replacement efficiency.
