Abstract:
This battery state estimation device is provided with an electrical information acquisition unit, a change amount calculation unit, a resistance value calculation unit, a temperature acquisition unit and a constant calculation unit. The resistance value calculation unit calculates a measured DC resistance value by using a current change amount ΔI and a voltage change amount ΔV acquired on the basis of measurement. On the basis of an estimated DC resistance value Rdc', represented by the sum of a non-temperature dependent constant Ra and a temperature dependent function Rb, and on the basis of a measured DC resistance value Rdc acquired in the resistance value calculation unit, the constant calculation unit calculates the non-temperature dependent constant Ra and a constant A of the temperature dependent function Rb. The non-temperature dependent constant Ra is the component in the DC resistance of a secondary battery that is not dependent on temperature. The temperature dependent function Rb is a function in the DC resistance of the secondary battery that is dependent on the temperature.
