Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery state of health estimation method based on a standard sample and dual-embedded decoupling. The method comprises the steps of extracting a salient characteristic peak of a standard sample, calibrating a mechanism parameter of the standard sample, performing online evaluation on the SOH of a battery to be tested, etc. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the present invention, a dual-coupling relationship of the influences of temperature and aging on a characteristic peak voltage of an IC curve is elaborated on from the perspective of impedance characteristic mechanism analysis, and it is proposed that a voltage offset caused by a charge transfer resistor which is most sensitive to temperature is eliminated on the basis of "a standard sample", thereby realizing first-layer decoupling; further, when it is set that an SEI film resistor influenced by aging and temperature coupling accords with an aging linear relationship as a whole, a linear relationship coefficient is only related to the temperature, so as to realize embedded decoupling; and by means of the present invention, the high-efficiency characteristic of estimating a battery SOH on the basis of an IC curve characteristic is inherited, and from the perspective of mechanism analysis, the problem of a low accuracy of solving, in a wide temperature range, a battery SOH on the basis of an IC curve is solved.
