Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to allow discharging condensed water outside a battery pack case without enlarging a layout space. A battery temperature adjustment device comprises a battery pack case (1) which houses a battery stack (2), a temperature sensor (T) which detects a battery temperature, and a battery temperature adjustment means for adjusting the battery temperature. In the battery temperature adjustment device, the battery pack case (1) further comprises an airflow unit (17) which allows air to pass from the interior of the battery pack case (1) to the outside. The battery temperature adjustment means is configured to comprise an evaporator (32), a condensed water storage part (33) which stores condensed water which is generated with the evaporator (32), and a blower fan (35) which ventilates air in the vicinity of the evaporator (32) and the condensed water storage part (33) and circulates the air within the battery pack case (1). After carrying out battery cooling when the battery temperature is higher than a first set temperature, the battery temperature adjustment means drives only the blower fan (35) at a prescribed timing regardless of the battery temperature.
