Abstract:
A baumkuchen and a method for making same. The baumkuchen is prepared by taking fresh hen eggs, white granulated sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil, liquid cream and syrup as the main raw materials and taking an emulsifier, brandy and a flavoring as accessory materials; and the raw materials of the baumkuchen comprise in parts by weight: 100 parts of fresh hen eggs, 40-54 parts of white granulated sugar, 40-56 parts of wheat flour, 20-25 parts of vegetable oil, 19-23 parts of liquid cream, 5-8 parts of syrup, 1-3.5 parts of emulsifier, 0.8-2.5 parts of brandy, and 0.1-0.4 parts of flavoring. The baumkuchen is formed of layer upon layer and has a soft and honeysweet taste.
