Abstract:
Disclosed is a bearing device for an upper shaft of a sewing machine. The present invention relates to a bearing device for an upper shaft of a sewing machine, comprising: an upper shaft having one end coupled to a crank and the other end coupled to a driving force delivery medium, the upper shaft being horizontally shaft-mounted on an angle arm of a sewing machine; at least one spiral lead groove formed on the outer circumference of the upper shaft; a first bush installed at a position adjacent to an area surrounding the crank, which is installed on the upper shaft, and along the spiral lead groove; and a second bush, which is installed on one end of the upper shaft that is away from the first bush and along the spiral lead groove, so as to fix the upper shaft to the angle arm together with the first bush and guide the rotation of the upper shaft while supporting the weight of the upper shaft and a load borne by the upper. When the upper shaft of the sewing machine is installed along the angle arm, the present invention prevents movement, shaking, and abrasion of the upper shaft, and thereby reduces driving noise of the sewing machine and extends bush replacement and maintenance cycles.
