A bearing diagnostic device 1 for an accurate diagnosis of the state of a bearing has: an extraction unit 2 that extracts feature values by using first index information indicating the response of a structure 21 generated due to an external force and second index information indicating the response of a bearing 23 in the structure 21 generated due to an external force; and a determination unit 3 that determines the state of the bearing 23 on the basis of the extracted feature values.
