Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a beer-flavored low-alcohol beverage that exhibits a suppressed acidity and astringency and an enhanced alcohol taste and an enhanced brewing-derived complex flavor. The solution to the problem is a beer-flavored low-alcohol beverage that contains an aroma composition comprising at least 0.49 ppm ethyl acetate, at least 0.83 ppm isobutanol, at least 0.065 ppm isoamyl acetate, and at least 4.35 ppm isoamyl alcohol.
