Abstract:

A bench grinder, comprising bench grinder grinding heads (3), a casing (1), a motor (2) and a base (5); the motor (2) is installed at the lower end of the inner part of the casing (1); the bench grinder grinding heads (3) are symmetrically installed at two sides of the casing (1), and the bench grinder grinding heads (3) are connected to the motor (2) by means of a rotating shaft (16) which penetrates the casing (1); upper ends of the bench grinder grinding heads (3) are sheathed with protective covers (4); a water storage tank (6) is also installed at the upper end of the inner part of the casing (1); a tank cover (13) is installed at the top of the water storage tank (6); a water inlet pipe (12) is installed between the top of the water storage tank (6) and the tops of the protective covers (4); the base (5) is installed at the lower end of the casing (1), an operating platform (10) is installed on the upper surface of the base (5), and a water purifying device is installed at an inner part of the base (5). By means of installing the water inlet pipe (12) at the upper ends of the protective covers (4), dust removal treatment may be performed on the bench grinders in the protective covers (4) during use to reduce the production of dust during operation; meanwhile, temperature reduction treatment may be carried out on bench grinder grinding heads (3); and by means of installing the water purifying device, water discharged from the upper ends of the bench grinder grinding heads (3) may be reused after treatment, thus conserving water resources.
